Case Study: Ottawa Rowing Club Recommends PFDs

The Ottawa Rowing Club is one of the largest, as well as the oldest, rowing clubs in Canada. Founded in 1867, its first member was Sir John A. Macdonald, Canada’s first Prime Minister. It also has one of the most thorough safety policy documents online and recently encouraged all rowers to invest in PFDs. Here’s what’s on the safety page of their website:
